How to Make an Event Announcement and Get the Latest HSE News

Use these tools to spread the word about events in your department and get the latest information about life at HSE.
HSE Weekly
In 2020, the Internal Communications Unit launched a weekly newsletter for HSE staff, covering the week’s highlights about HSE people, events, achievements, and innovations. You can subscribe to it here using your HSE or personal email. The newsletter is sent once a week, on Monday morning. Currently, only the Russian version is available.
If you want to suggest a topic for the HSE Weekly newsletter or you need help in creating a letter template for your mailing list, please contact us at community@hse.ru.
Event Digest
In addition to the newsletter, every Monday we publish the ‘What to do at HSE University digest on the HSE University Life page. It covers the events of interest to students and employees. The English version of the news item includes the events held in English. To suggest your event for the digest, please fill out this form (in Russian).
The digest includes only university-wide events that have wide appeal. Announcements aimed at more specific audiences should be published on department pages. After publication, some announcements are also included in the student newsletter.
Telegram
Another way to get the latest HSE news is to subscribe to HSE Life Telegram (in Russian). Here we briefly cover HSE’s main events and, of course, post HSE crow stickers.
