Recipients
Students participating in academic mobility programmes under HSE partnership programmes and who have won the competition for the Endowment Fund Scholarship
Selection criteria
Selection is based on high academic performance in the semester preceding the allocation of the scholarship, the smallest percentile for the previous semester, and the content of the applicant’s motivational essay.

Spring and autumn (following the provision of documents from the partner university)

Spring and autumn (following the results of the academic mobility competition)
Application procedure
Students must submit applications in electronic form (including a motivational essay of a specified length) to the competition committee.
