I. General Management and Strategic Planning:

• Organization, operational management, and strategic planning of the Department's activities.
• Participation in the development of drafts for orders, regulations, policies, and other local regulatory acts of HSE University that define the conditions for the operation, development, and use of IT infrastructure.
• Execution of assignments from the immediate supervisor within the Department's competence.

II. Ensuring Operation and Monitoring:

• Oversight of ensuring uninterrupted, reliable, and secure operation of HSE University's network and system infrastructure.
• Organization and control of monitoring the status of systems, services, and communication channels to prevent and promptly resolve incidents.
• Administration and development of key corporate systems and services under the Department's responsibility.

III. Personnel and Project Management:

• Control over timelines, quality, and results of work performed by Department employees.
• Task distribution, goal setting, and performance evaluation of subordinates.
• Organization of professional development activities for Department staff.

I. Teaching Activities:

• Conducting lectures, seminars, and practical classes in accordance with the curriculum.

• Development and updating of teaching and methodological materials for the disciplines taught.

• Administration of exams, tests, and other forms of intermediate and final student assessment.

• Providing consultations to students on academic and research-related matters.

II. Development and Operation of Laboratory Infrastructure:

• Planning and implementation of measures to modernize and improve laboratory infrastructure to ensure high quality of the educational process and scientific research.

• Interaction with the Department of Information Technology (DIT) of HSE University on matters concerning licensed software provision, procurement, maintenance, and repair of specialized laboratory equipment.

• Monitoring the technical condition of laboratory equipment, organizing its maintenance, and performing minor operational repairs.

• Ensuring compliance with equipment operating rules and safety regulations in laboratory premises.
