The first day of the I-st International Scientific and Practical Forum «The Law of Digital Security»

The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation held I^-st International Scientific and Practical Forum «The Law of Digital Security». The first day of the Forum consisted of plenary sessions attended as a listener by the Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University Evgeny Diskin. 

The first day of the Forum included several plenary sessions:

1. Digital Security as a New Direction of Russian Legal Policy
2. Federation.
3. Digital human rights and digital security.
4. The law of cybersecurity.
5. Legal Security of Digital Finance.

A number of important legal experts, representatives of government and business participated as speakers:

Pavel Krasheninnikov, Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on State Building and Legislation;

Valery Fadeev, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights;

Igor Ashmanov, member of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, a Russian information technology entrepreneur;

Alexander Khinshtein, deputy, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications;

Vadim Uvarov, Director of the Information Security Department of the Central Bank of Russia;

Danil Filippov, Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Major General of Justice

Alexander Shokhin, President of the National Research Institute of Higher Education, President of the All-Russian public organization «Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs»
