ICSID-CSDSI workshop

On April 28 the International Centrer for the Study of Institutions and Development hosted another seminar held together with NES Center for the Study of Diversity and Social Interactions. This time Professor Evgeny Yakovlev presented a report entitled “How persistent are consumption habits:  Micro-evidence from Russia”  (joint with Lorenz Kueng).

WVSA Expert Meeting

The joint IDEA, UN and WVSA Expert Meeting “Monitoring the post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals, targets and indicators: The role of social surveys” was held in New York. Tatiana Karabchuk participated in the meeting as Principal Invistigator from HSE and LCSR.

Laboratory staff have participated in TIMSS Advanced observation

TIMSS Advanced is a large-scale monitoring and therefore the control procedures of testing are needed throughout assessment. Galina Larina has participated in the International observers TIMSS Advanced training seminar which was organized on 28th of January in Amsterdam. Later, Irina Shklyaeva, Anastasia Kapuza and Julia Koreshnikova were also involved in the TIMSS Advanced observation.
