The field of activity is a comprehensive analysis of investment projects, evaluation of projects for the possibility of their successful implementation and the feasibility of VEB's participation.The Russian Federation in their financing, structuring of projects / transactions, project financing, support and monitoring of their implementation (including analysis of the effectiveness of business planning of project companies and timely adjustment of business models taking into account changes in the internal and external environment of project implementation), work with problem debts.
Key competencies:
- structuring and restructuring of transactions (with debt and equity financing),
- analysis of business models/concepts, development of proposals for their optimization,
- analysis and construction of financial models of investment projects,
- knowledge of business processes (at the stage of preliminary assessment, examination, preparation and execution of transactions, organization of financing, at the stage of support / monitoring of the implementation of investment projects),
