Flower Festival at GUM

The historical mall on Red Square is hosting a flower festival throughout the summer until September 11.

Flower carpets spread along the lines of the store, plants frame the famous fountain, and flower pots with petunias adorn the facade of the historical building. You can admire the floral decoration not only during the day, but also after sunset: the historical GUM building and the flower beds along its facade are illuminated, so everything looks especially beautiful in the evening.

A total of 24 types of flowers were specially grown for the festival over several months.
