Requirements

Admission to the programme "Cell and Molecular Biotechnology" is based on the results of the Unified State Examination for three subjects: Biology, Mathematics/Chemistry, Russian language. There are no additional entrance examinations.

 To prepare for the Olympiads and to pass the Unified State Exam we recommend to use the opportunities offered by the Faculty of Pre-University Preparation of the HSE University. 

Admission to the programme is also possible based on the results of the Olympiads, the list is available on the website.

One of the popular and prestigious opportunities to provide a holistic pathway of profile preparation for entering the programme for grade 10 and 11 students is the HSE Lyceum. 

High school students are welcome to attend the HSE Summer School, where participants have a week to understand more about studying in the department and what they can do in fundamental biology.

Online training is also available at the HSE Pre-University Department.
