<p style="text-align: justify;">Currently , highly skilled workers are an important competitive advantage for any company. The organization is ready to create the most favorable conditions of work and to establish an attractive salary to &quot;win this fight&quot;. Creating an optimal organizational culture for the company not only attracts new customers, but also increases the number of potential workers and their loyalty. That is why the desire to learn the organizational culture and employee loyalty is not extinguished at the moment. Work is devoted to the definition of the relationship between organizational culture types and levels of staff loyalty in banking.</p>
