The aim of this work is to analyze the features of the functioning of non-profit professional medical organizations to improve the quality of health care in Russia , the U.S. and Europe.

During the research the following objectives: 1 ) to analyze the essence of professional non-profit medical organizations influencing on improving the quality of health care; 2) to consider the Russian and foreign experience in the development of non-profit professional medical associations and their role in ensuring the quality of care ; 3) make recommendations to enhance the role of non-profit professional medical organizations to provide quality health care.
Based on the analysis of the role of participation shows the high medical associations on health in the U.S., Germany, the UK and Norway. They have a marked effect on the medical activities . Over the years , becoming a powerful social organization independent , representative forum of the development of national health policies with influential corporate voice, has an impact on all aspects of health and medical practice , as well as other areas of public life and public policy. This powerful lobbying organization , without the knowledge of which can not be approved significant legislative initiatives related to health and medical services.

In Russia there are many non-profit health care organizations , but they are , unfortunately, or do not or have little effect on the quality management of health care in Russia . In April 2010, Russia was created "National Medical Chamber ." Whose aim is to bring together all the professional medical community on the principles of self- Russia to improve the health care system in Russia. In March 2013 signed a cooperation agreement with the National Medical Chamber Ministry of Health and Social Development. And was created by a Joint Coordinating Council on implementation of the agreement between the Ministry of Health and the National Medical Chamber. This fact is a big step toward the transfer of control of quality of care in the hands of the medical community . Promotion policy in this direction , in my opinion , is a positive development to improve the quality of care and is a priority for the development of Health of the Russian Federation. Of course, for this project changes required legislative framework , the creation of new priority projects in health care and fundraising . The end result of the reforms should be the creation of a civilized medical space on the Russian national embodiment , inheriting , but not copying , the best foreign experience.
