<p align="center"><strong>Annotation to the master&#39;s thesis theme</strong></p><p>Master&#39;s thesis topic is &quot;Enterprises of services: basic strategies attraction, retention and development of staff.&quot; The paper contains 70 pages, which represent 8 figures and 8 tables, 40 sources used, including foreign literature, 5 applications.</p><p>In his master&#39;s thesis analyzes the main strategies to attract and retain staff on service industries. The object of study is based on service industries. The subject of this study is a strategy to attract and retain staff service industries.</p><p>The purpose of the master&#39;s thesis is to offer an optimal strategy to attract and retain staff on service industries. The tasks while writing his master&#39;s thesis:</p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze existing staffing strategies to attract and retain staff</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Based on the analysis of theoretical material to determine the features of personnel management for service industries</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify the major factors that determine the specificity of the choice of strategy to attract and retain staff</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Propose a model for the optimal strategy to attract and retain personnel for service businesses on the basis of empirical research</p><p>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Suggest measures to improve the system to attract and retain personnel for service businesses</p><p>Theoretical analysis has allowed to explain the basics and specifics of human development strategies, particularly personnel management service enterprises , the factors attracting and retaining staff , and factors influencing the choice of strategy. The developed model of strategies to attract and retain personnel for service businesses and identified opportunities to improve the forms recruitment and retention were based on the results of empirical research.</p><p>General conclusions of the master&#39;s thesis presented in the conclusion. The Annex to the master&#39;s thesis presented a questionnaire on the basis of empirical data which were obtained.</p>
