Analyze theoretical foundations of strategic marketing ;</p><p>2 . Analyze the external and internal environment of the enterprise through STEP- analysis and SWOT- analysis of the company &quot; Architecturnyi Design&quot; ;</p><p>3 . Conduct market analysis and competitive analysis for the company &quot; Architecturnyi Design&quot; ;</p><p>4 . Draw up recommendations for the development of marketing strategy of the company &quot; Architecturnyi Design&quot; .</p><p>Thus, the object of this work is LLC &quot; Architecturnyi Design&quot; .</p><p>Subject of research - marketing strategy of the company.</p><p>To achieve this goal and meet identified objectives , the following theoretical research methods: expert interviews , questionnaires, various marketing tools for the study of the situation analysis of the company.</p><p>As part of the graduation project the author of the theoretical aspects of marketing strategy , marketing planning analytical tools and analyzed the different approaches of economists to the classifications of competitive strategies . Situation analysis of the company &quot; Architecturnyi Design&quot; were conducted by using SWOT-analysis , PEST- analysis , competitive analysis, and market analyzes of paints . Also, the author used the procedure of SERVQUAL to assess the quality of the company&#39;s regular customers of the firm.</p><p>Study of the theoretical and methodological framework allowed to form the next position of the author: the intensification of competition in the marketing strategy of the company is a prerequisite of its functional operation.</p><p>Made proposals to achieve the goals of the company :</p><p>1. Development of customer loyalty programs by correcting errors by analyzing the survey responses and implementation of SERVQUAL. Creating the &nbsp;feedback. As well as attracting new customers through the use of different methods of advertising aimed at the sector of B2B.</p><p>2 . Diversification of business by opening Colour Studio selling premium products , whose target audience will be the segment income &quot;above average&quot; .</p><p>The practical significance of the project : the use of research results for the further development of the company &quot; Architecturnyi Design&quot; .</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The work consists of 68 pages, an introduction, 3 chapters, 22 paragraphs , including subparagraphs , conclusion, bibliography and 1 appendix, 12 tables , 5 figures and 42 references.</p>
