<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Annotation.</p><p>Graduate work entitled &quot;Methods for managing organizational conflicts.&quot;</p><p>Purpose - to develop measures of conflict management in collective &nbsp;ООО &quot;Kantstayl.&quot;</p><p>To achieve this goal during the writing of the following tasks:</p><p>- analysis of scientific approaches to the diagnosis and management of organizational conflicts;</p><p>- analysis of methods for managing conflicts of &nbsp;ООО &quot;Kantstayl&quot;;</p><p>- development of measures to improve the methods for managing conflicts of OOO &quot;Kantstayl.&quot;</p><p>Object works - commercial enterprise OOO &quot;Kantstayl&quot; working in the market of office supplies. The company is delivering stationery and office supplies organizations of the city and region. Occurrence of conflicts in the team significantly reduces the quality of service and could lead to loss of customers, weakening competitive position.</p><p>Scope of the work - the methods of conflict management in the enterprise.</p><p>The survey was used legislation, monographs, scientific and educational publications, in particular the work of AJ Kibanova, IE Vorozheykina, DK Zakharov, VG Konovalov, YF Lukin, EE . Mironov, KV Reshetnikova, LN Choi, VP Sheinovo, publications LG Bryleva, SN Zachinyaeva, Y. Obolon, LR Hayarovoy DA Panferova etc. To investigate the activities of the enterprise organizational documents were used, statistics and credentials enterprise.</p><p>The basic methods were scientific methods of analysis, communication and classification, as well as data collection methods (survey), organizational planning and forecasting. The main sources for the analysis of the company served as the internal organizational and administrative documents (job descriptions, employment contracts, orders, civil enterprise agreement), accounting records and financial statements of the enterprise. When diagnosing organizational conflicts&nbsp; OOO &quot;Kantstayl&quot; techniques were used standardized questionnaires diagnostic techniques of conflict level and personality A.Bassa A. Darko personality predisposition to conflict behavior K. Thomas; diagnosis conflicts in subdivision KV Reshetnikova.</p><p>In accordance with these aims and objectives in the first chapter examined the scientific approaches to the diagnosis and management of organizational conflicts: concept and explored the nature of organizational conflicts; basic diagnostic methods of conflicts; Modern approaches to conflict management in the organization.</p><p>In the second chapter analyzes the methods of conflict management in the management system, OOO &quot;Kantstayl.&quot; In the study, the general organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise carried out to develop methods of research and planning conflicts OOO &quot;Kantstayl&quot;, which includes the study of organizational behavior and management of the availability of conflict zones in the organization of work and business processes OOO &quot;Kantstayl&quot;, as well as conflict diagnosis in the collective enterprise.</p><p>Based on the identified organizational causes of conflict and conflict zones in the third chapter of the work carried out planning improved management conflicts OOO &quot;Kantstayl.&quot; Developed activities for conflict management in collective OOO &quot;Kantstayl&quot; and carried prognostic assessment of their effectiveness. Formation of the system of conflict management in OOO &quot;Kantstayl&quot; on the basis of the proposed measures would allow reduction in the number of potential conflict zones, improving collaboration and decision of disputes, improve interpersonal relationships in the community and the psychological state of the team members, will reduce the level of personal predisposition to conflict behavior of team members to adjust their style of behavior in conflict situations.</p><p>The practical significance of this study is to develop recommendations for the creation of a permanent system of conflict management in the company &quot;Kantstayl.&quot;</p>
