<p align="center">Abstract</p><p>In the modern world in a rapidly changing environment spheres of society development occurs rapidly, which in particular applies to the economic sphere, which has a direct impact on the business environment.</p><p>Companies to compete successfully with other players, you must be able to adapt to external changes. To avoid a crisis by any entity should identify its strengths and weaknesses, understand the causes of problems and take the necessary measures before the onset of financial difficulties. Thus, organizational diagnosis is strategically important for any company that wants to survive in an environment dictated by the conditions of competition and uncertainty.</p><p>Relevance of the topic is that of diagnosis is a necessary process that helps organizations identify their strengths and weaknesses, and to take the necessary measures to address the issues identified for further effective functioning. In this paper, the object of research is the activity of the medical clinic, which is representative of the small business. The aim of this work is integrated diagnostics company.</p><p>Based on the purpose of the study was to highlight some key steps that contain the tasks needed to solve the problem within the framework of the course work:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. Study of the theoretical foundations for the diagnosis of companies;</p><p>2. Integrated diagnostics company &quot;Health Clinic&quot; based on available information;</p><p>3. Identifying problems and development trends to improve firm performance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The subject of this study is the mechanism of functioning of &quot;Health Clinic.&quot; As the final results is planned to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company, to identify the problems of the organization and develop a list of recommendations for improving the functioning of the company.</p><p>Research plan consists of an introduction, two main parts and a conclusion. The first chapter discusses the general characteristics of complex diagnosis: theoretical and normative foundations of diagnosis, types and methods of diagnosis. The second chapter gives a general description of the company, conducted internal and external analysis of the &quot;Health Clinic&quot;, the analysis of financial - economic activity of the company, SWOT - analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the company, identifies opportunities and threats, is also used Porter&#39;s 5 Forces analysis to determine the location of a industry and determine the intensity of competition. As the outcome of the second chapter issued recommendations to improve organizational performance.</p><p>In the study, the academic literature were used work Lapygina Yu.N., Tokmakova turned ON or OFF from foreign MA Thompson, L. Greenbaum and others.</p><p>Result is the definition of organizational problems and develop recommendations for improving its functioning. Was invited to develop a vision and strategy for the next two to three years, to formalize the management style. To increase the efficiency of the company chief doctor recommended to hire a specialist sales and start an active policy of increasing sales and attracting customers. During the promotion of the emphasis put on the independence of the treatment process and for the benefit of timely prevention. It should also seek corporate joint cooperation. In order to reduce administrative costs were invited to consider a specially worked out by the Moscow Government program &quot;Doctor near.&quot;</p><p>The practical significance of this work is to develop recommendations for the further development of the &quot;Health Clinic&quot;, aimed at increasing profits, increase sales, and improve internal work and attract new customers.</p>
