To avoid a crisis by any entity should identify its strengths and weaknesses, understand the causes of problems and take the necessary measures before the onset of financial difficulties. Thus, organizational diagnosis is strategically important for any company that wants to survive in an environment dictated by the conditions of competition and uncertainty.</p><p>Relevance of the topic is that of diagnosis is a necessary process that helps organizations identify their strengths and weaknesses, and to take the necessary measures to address the issues identified for further effective functioning. In this paper, the object of research is the activity of the medical clinic, which is representative of the small business.
