Strategic Approach to the Public Organization Management

<p>Definition and implementation of strategy are one of the most difficult and laborious works that were not performed clearly in organizations in our country. Today management of majority of organizations is focused mainly on the solution of short-term problems. In these conditions changes of tasks, priorities of activity, decisions are frequent, so it causes decrease in competitiveness of the enterprises.</p><p>In management of the social and economic processes proceeding in society planning takes a special place in providing conditions for normal functioning of the commercial organizations. The forecasts which are developed at all levels of national economy, programs and plans, are the most important instruments of policy implementation of appropriate subjects of management. They allow to organize the accurate, thought-over and effective work on achievement of the tasks that are set for all society.</p><p>Generation of strategy plays an important role in ensuring success of the organization. Value of strategic management is that it is the instrument of the capacity management of the company, state agency or establishment. The problem of strategic management consists in ensuring high potential the organization for further development.</p><p>In this work, author tried to give an idea what is strategic management, defined its essence and tasks, missions and the purposes of the organization, noted specifics of strategic management in the state organizations, and considered possibilities of realization of strategic management on the example of providing the state support to small business in the form of co-workings. In addition, SWOT analysis as the instrument of strategic management on the example of the state organization of infrastructure of support of small business (Co-working VAO) presented, conclusions are drawn and the general strategy of further development is formulated.</p>
