Theme: Improvement of Knowledge Management Process on the Example of Internal Database Keywords: corporate database, knowledge assets of the company, knowledge worker, knowledge creation chain The aim of the research : development of organizational and motivational mechanisms for database management processes in the enterprise , taking into account its specific features . To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: -to identify the role of knowledge management in the new economy - to identify the specifics of creating and managing internal corporate databases - Describe the key knowledge assets of Schneider Electric Service Department - to develop approaches to identify best practice replenishment and use of database. The object of the research is: the service department of Schneider Electric. The subject of the study is: Knowledge management in the department of service of Schneider Electric. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references, applications. The main results of the study are set out on page 57, 7 fig. Bibliography contains 48 items.
