Knowledge Management in Project Companies

Knowledge played a big role in our life, but in the modern world, in the conditions of increasing globalization and continuous change of production technology level of their importance has increased significantly. This is the fact that the world has moved to a new stage of its development, which is the foundation of the knowledge economy. Knowledge Economy - the economy, where the main factors are the development of knowledge and human capital. Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) have been applied in the organizational structure of many leading companies, including companies engaged in the project activities. Most of these companies in their activities using classical methods, such as PMBOK; SCRUM, PRINCE2, CobIT, however, they describe only general guidelines and do not contain KM.. This research examines the processes of knowledge creation at several levels of the organization: corporate and individual project. Audit of the current state of the KMS in project organization LLC "Parma-Telecom" was carried out in this research. As a result the recommendations of which have been described to the construction of KMS. Recommendations obtained in this research allow us to construct the project with KMS system, which will further allow the company to obtain a competitive advantage in the market, and to minimize costs.
