Corporate Culture in the Period of Organizational Changes (the Case of AHML Company)

At present organizational changes become the target of much debate occupying the significant position in researchers’ works. According to the life cycle theory organization inevitably undergoes changes with respect of the stage of life cycle. Corporate culture changes within the organization. If the company has reached the stage of maturity corporate culture becomes as a single whole with the company and employees. Implementing the changing process managers faces the problem of complicated changes and the reaction of employees. The Final Project aimed at revealing the main characteristics of methods of changing organizational culture and employee reactions in the company running its business in Russia. The paper was written on the basis of company’s comparison analysis in the period of changes and before changes. The research is based on the Cameron and Quinn culture model, K. Lewin change model and the A.O. Hirschman model of reactions. The methodology consists of expert and semi-structured interview that are meant to highlight organizational changes, mechanisms applying to optimize the changing process and employees reactions. As a result the list of recommendations to improve effectiveness of changing project implementation was worked out.
