Information technology is recently came into our lives but despite of this today no organization can not function without the use of advanced technology and modern equipment. Occupation programmer is one of the most sought-after and popular in today's society companies tend to attract the most talented and capable staff. Formation of the career development system of this sector experts will help employers properly motivate and develop staff capacity, making them more efficient for the organization. The interest in the chosen research topic due to a few reserchings of formation career personnel in the of information technologies and methods of its management, both in public and private organizations.
