Customer Oriented Training Program for Managers of GK «PIR»

In the growing market the company needs to be in a constant search of competitive advantages. The advantages could be achieved in different ways such as corporate training programs. The development of the level of customer focus, as the solid excellence of the company, with the help of the training program, as a method of increasing qualification in professional group becomes an effective non-price consumer benefit in the serious struggle for providing the company with the preferences from customers and clients in the hospitality industry. Thereby, this project will be concerned with the creating a scenario plan for training program aimed at increasing the level of client orientation of the personal of GK “PIR”. In order to get all the necessary data base on the current topic the analysis and synthesis of the literature and individual interview in the form of expert survey, among experts in the sphere of HR-management dealing with development of the personnel, will take place. After in-depth analysis of all the materials and survey results the scenario plan of training program will be presented.
