The Conditions of Using Flexible Forms of Employment by Companies, Working at Russian Market

Influence of conditions on use of flexible forms is studied in this work. The aim of this work is to find out the conditions in which types of flexible forms of employment are used. In order to achieve abovementioned aim, it is necessary to analyze theory and to analyze the results of interview with HR managers. These HR managers must work in the companies, where flexible forms are used. The author of this research conducted 12 interviews and then analyzed the results. According to results, external conditions, as field of the company, influence the use of flexible forms. For example, in the production of Power use shift method of work and staffing agencies underemployment. The most common types of flexible forms of employment are flexible and fixed-term employment contract. Splitting time jobs and are not used in the companies working on the Russian market. Illness employee as a new condition for the use of GFZ, is the most common in any industry and in any company. For this condition using a remote work. This work is the aerobatics. Therefore, in the future it is necessary to carry out a quantitative study and expand the sample. Additionally, you must add conditions that have been identified in this paper.
