The purpose of this paper is to investigate the link between supervisor's feedback and empoyees perfomance. Feedback is one of the most powerful influences on learning and achievement. This impact could be positive and negative, could be qualified. This arcticle provides a conceptual analysis of feedback and reviews the evidance related to its impacts on different HRM technologies: learning, socialisation, development e.t.c. Data were collected from 101 employees in Russia. A Chi-squared test, correlation analyses, multiple regression analysis was performed to test the hypothesis. The results showed that qualified feedback and feedback-seeking behavior positively related to work perfomance. The influence of feedback is higher if it is used both formal and informal feedback. The finding suggest that if managers wish to encourage employees to achieve work goal and desirable perfomance levels by actively engaging in feedback-seeking behaviour, and provide them with qualified feedback.
