Interrelation of Employee Motivation Type and Job Satisfaction

To achieve the goals and objectives of the organization, the manager needs to know how to meet the needs and requirements of workers, motivate them But each person has individual combination of the most and least relevant needs and system of motivation do not supply their needs. The general purpose of this project is to identify the interrelation motivational type and job satisfaction of employees in the real estate department of the West-Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia. The goal has been achieved via questionnaires, reviewing documents, observation and correlation analysis. It was found that there is a correlation between the type of motivation and satisfaction of employees, consequently, extrinsic motivation affects employee satisfaction. Managers may use the findings to better understand the needs of employees cooperate and work more effectively. Also this study may help to understand worker’s reactions to motivation system and to correct it in accordance with their needs. Finally, Recommendations were made on the basis of the results for improving motivation system.
