Corporate Culture of Coffee House in Provincial Russian City: the Case of Rybinsk

Corporate culture as an integral part of the organization is all the vogue topic of scientific articles in recent decades. Nowadays it is generally accepted the importance of corporate culture in the success and productivity of the organization. The international organizations leaders had the staff engaged in the development of the corporate culture for purposes adaptation and motivate employees. The most well studied corporate culture in the context of the chain organization, but there is little information about this phenomenon in the context of a small non-chain enterprises. The present study examines survey of the non-chain coffee shop in the case of provincial city Rybinsk. The methods of semi-structured interviews and participant observation were used for data collection. Preliminary empirical results may indicate the presence of differences between the corporate culture understanding among the staff and management. Investigators found the tensions in the team which could be related to the situation on employee turnover. These results may be carry important for directors to adjust theorganization development strategies.
