Evaluation of Organizational Culture Success

Nowadays every director and manager should be aware of the status of all processes in the company to achieve maximum efficiency of the business, and as a corporate culture is one of the most important factors of organizational success in general, it is essential to constantly monitor its current state. Accounting for organizational culture success can help the head of the company to see a more complete picture of the situation in the company and make better management decisions. Research on the assessment of organizational culture through the prism of its success as an example of the Perm company "Confectionery" Violet" is presented in the practical part of current work. A set of criteria that can determine the success of the company was identified in the process: 1) Level coherence of organizational culture. 2) Reputation of the company. 3) Loyalty of employees. 4) Satisfaction of staff with professional development. 5) Satisfaction of employees with salary. All criteria were measured with the help of questionnaires technologies, organizational culture success profile of "Confectionery" Violet " was formed. Profile showed that the Perm company has a good potential to improve the current cultural situation, in connection with what has been defined a list of ten recommendations to improve performance in all criteria on which failures were detected.
