Analysis and Improvement of the Company’s Development Strategy on the Example OJC «R-Top»

Final qualifying work on the theme: «Analysis and improvement of the company's development strategy on the example of OJC «R-top»» The relevance of the topic chosen due to the need for strategic planning in each business unit. As the object of study selected the company OOO «R-top», which is engaged in the creation and promotion of sites, as well as provides consulting and technical support. The aim of the research is the development of (improving) strategic development plan of organization OOO «R-top». The structure consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. In the first chapter of the diploma theoretical aspects of the analysis of the strategic situation and development strategy of the enterprise are considered. The second chapter analyzes the strategic situation, the analysis of internal and external environment O O O «R-top» held. The third chapter includes an analysis of the strategic options for development, the choice of possible development strategies and the development of measures to improve the company's development strategy. After reviewing all the necessary factors for the output, the optimal development strategy has been selected. The key changes are: changes in the company's office location from the periphery to the center, as well as the creation of "schools of Internet - marketing." The practical significance of the work consists the development of specific measures to improve the development of strategies that may be used practically in similar trade organizations in the market of IT-technologies.
