PASTA TO GO: Business Planning

In St. Petersburg the demand for catering establishments democratic due to the present economic crisis and declining purchasing power among citizens. As well as the residents of the city of St. Petersburg increases, which appeared a few years ago, the trend towards meals outside the home, work or place of study. In this regard, and was offered the project of a startup diner "PASTA TO GO". This project is a synthesis of democratic format and Italian cuisine, which is one of the most popular in the city. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to design cost-effective business and research opportunities for its implementation on the example of a startup "PASTA TO GO". The author had the following objectives: to consider the characteristics of a startup and identify key actions for the design in the logic of the project life cycle; develop project start-up in accordance with the first and second phase of the project life cycle; evaluate economic efficiency of a startup and its level of stability in an uncertain environment. In the first Chapter the author considers: the life cycle of the project, its main types and phases, and was reviewed and the classification of start-UPS on various grounds. In the second Chapter the author presented the first two phases of the project life cycle "PASTA TO GO" - the initial phase and the development phase. In the initial phase was the preliminary study of the food service market in the city, the identified need for the project, a comparative assessment of the alternatives. In the development phase was submitted to production and organizational plan. In the calculation of income and expenditure were calculated: investment plan, operating activities, expenditures and revenues, including cash flows and performance indicators. It was revealed that the project pays for itself in 9 months with discounting. After 9 months the project will bring a stable income, which is a great help for starting its implementation.
