An analytical solution of the Riccati equation with parameters depended on the state, with the synthesis of management in general is quite difficult or impossible. The difficulty of obtaining satisfactory results for the control synthesis of uncertain nonlinear systems is further increased. However, in the vast majority of practical problems is enough to have sub-optimal solutions, i.e. solutions with a certain accuracy perform management tasks for any perturbations. In this work it was considered SDRE method (rapidly developing method for building management) on the example of a nodal model of the reactor heavy water. Differential game was modeled on the one hand management sought to stabilize the system and stop the reactor, and the other on the main parameters of a system disturbance exerted. Due to SDRE control method for the synthesis reactor shutdown was carried out, as well as its mathematical modeling. The paper is dedicated to software and algorithmic support of suboptimal control of calculations, obtained solutions provide the reliability, stability and accuracy of the basic operating modes of a nuclear reactor in the heavy water.
