The necessity to study the association between the use of new technologies and training resources and the achievements of the first grade students in Sevastopol, the trajectories and the ways of building further introductions new technologies in study process is arisen because of plan implementation to modernize the system of general education in Sevastopol . The research in this area can help to solve many administrative tasks which the Sevastopol`s Education Department has. • If there is associations between using the electronic means of training, dynamic softbound texts and the students` achievements at primary school. • To make up the purchasing equipment list. The results’ analysis getting during the research didn`t show dependence of the individual first grade students’ progress on intensive using new technologies and training resources. The possible causes influencing this factor were analyzed by us: -internet slow speed, its absence, also the lack of electricity (especially during the period of emergency situation). - a little amount of stimulus softbound texts; - the lack of knowledge of practical use interactive board and dynamic softbound texts; - the short period of time of using getting equipment; Analyzing above-listed difficulties the following administrative decisions were accepted: 1) To foresee the buying of equipment for two study rooms in Sevastopol`s teacher training college. 2) The teaching module of practical use and the organization of master classes how to use new equipment should be launched by Sevastopol centre of education development. 3) To extend the experience creation of the bank getting equipment, to foresee sufficient amount of softbound texts while forming new suite of equipment.
