Formation of Recruitment System in the International Company

This final qualifying work is devoted to the problem of hiring personnel in modern conditions. The situation developing in the labor market in the Russian Federation in recent years shows that the majority of employers come to the conclusion that human capital is the most important competitive advantage. That is why companies are increasingly interested in hiring highly qualified personnel who meet the requirements as a particular job position, and the organization as a whole. The first chapter of the final qualifying work includes an analysis of theoretical approaches to the concept of hiring personnel, as well as an analysis of the approaches of various authors to assess the effectiveness of recruitment. Also, the chapter considers key trends of recruitment that are typical of the labor market of the Russian Federation. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the recruitment system in LLC «SCA Hygiene Products Russia» as well as the identification of its strengths and weaknesses. The third chapter of the final qualifying work presents a plan of measures to improve the current recruitment system in LLC «SCA Hygiene Products Russia» based on the analysis. The structure of the work is represented by the introduction, three chapters, nine subsections, conclusion, list of references and applications. In the final qualifying work were used five tables, fourteen applications, and fifty-seven references. The volume of final qualifying work is one hundred and three pages, including attachments.
