Internship as a Tool for Human Resources Policy in Public Administration

Topic: "Training as a tool for the implementation of Human Resources Policy in public administration" The volume of the thesis 64 pages containing 24 charts, 1 figure and 2 tables. When writing the diploma was used in 49 sources. Key words: training, Human Resources Policy, public administration. The object of the study when writing work was is Human Resources Policy in public administration. The subject of the study was training as a tool for the implementation of Human Resources Policy in public administration on the example of the internships in the Government of Moscow. The diploma work consists of introduction, 2 chapters, conclusion, bibliographic list and a single application. In the introduction reveals the relevance of the study in the selected direction, raises the problem, aim and objectives of the study, defined object, object of scientific research, writing a hypothesis, put the aim and the tasks indicated the methodological framework of the study. The first Chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the study of Human Resources Policy in public administration: describes the basic concepts, the legal framework of Human Resources Policy, and identified principles and mechanisms of Human Resources Policy, the essence of internships as a tool of Human Resources Policy. The second Chapter is an empirical study of internship as an instrument of Human Resources Policy in public administration. Compares internships number of authorities, and analyses the results of the survey of former trainees of the Moscow Government. Revealed the practical significance of the internship in the Government of Moscow. Conclusion on the main findings and suggestions the findings of the study. Training as a tool for implementing the Human Resources Policy recognizes effective mechanism to attract young professionals in the field of public administration.
