For organizations that work in the hospitality industry maintaining a high level of staff loyalty and its further improvement is a priority, as the specifics of the activities of these companies, namely the provision of services, make the staff one of the most important resources. In this paper, we investigate the level of loyalty of personnel in order to identify problems in this area and develop measures to increase employee loyalty. In the study the following methods were used: Meyer and Allen questionnaire, evaluation of loyalty by Thurstone and additional general assessment of loyalty (questionnaire). The main problems of staff loyalty according to the study is the low level of emotional and moral attachment. To solve the problem of loyalty we have developed a number of proposals. These measures should reduce the level of staff turnover and increase loyalty, motivation and employee engagement.
