Today there is a small amount of researches aimed at studying relationship between job satisfaction and teleworking. In Russia, as well as all over the world, teleworking, which is a form of non-standard working, is spreading and developing, whilst there is a lack of scientific research based solutions of how to interact with these teleworkers in the best possible way. According to this, the topic has to be studied more deeply. In this paper, influence of factors of teleworking on job satisfaction is observed with the help of quantitative research, results of which were studied with the IBM SPSS Statistics. Analysis of 112 responses showed that most of teleworkers have low or moderate job satisfaction; perception and association with company, interaction with colleagues and personal traits do influence job satisfaction, as could be seen in regression model; influence of duration of teleworking on job satisfaction is statistically insignificant. Managerial decisions were developed with respect to results of the analysis.
