How Employee Engagement Affects the Service Quality in the Hotel

The relevance of the study is that the measurement of the level of staff engagement can contribute to the further development of the organization, regardless of the type of activity and industry. The importance of staff engagement research in the organizational context is confirmed by the large number of studies. One of the fundamental approaches in determining employee engagement is the approach of U. Kahn . The subject of the study is the impact of staff engagement on the quality of services in the hotel.The object of research is the staff of the Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg hotel. The first Chapter defines the basic concepts, describes the impact of staff involvement on the activities of organizations in General and on the hotel business in particular. The second Chapter defines the problem, purpose and objectives of practical research, gives a systematic description of the object and the design of the study. The third Chapter analyzes the results of the study, gives conclusions and practical recommendations. The theoretical and practical significance of the research results is that the systematization of approaches to the study of involvement and directions of influence on the activities of the organization. From the perspective of practice, the developed methodology can be used in other organizations to assess the involvement of staff.
