Analysis of the Conformity of Corporate Culture with Company's Current Strategy
It is a well-known fact that the success of the company depends on the strategy developed by top management of the organization. However, in some companies the strategy declared by top managers has nothing in common with this understanding by employees. The study will be concerned with revealing the conformity between corporate culture and strategy of the organization. In order to achieve our goals the questionnaire of Kameron & Kyin. The results will demonstrate the importance of conformity between corporate culture and strategy and some recommendation will be formulated after in-depth analysis. The issue considered in the framework of the research can be the start point of the multi-dimensional investigation.
