Nowadays it is becoming increasingly difficult for companies to find a unique competitive advantage that allows them to take a leading position in the market. Optimization of business processes becomes a necessary condition for the company's functioning. The concept of business process is the basis of the process approach to management, which allows to improve the efficiency of the company through the formation of quality processes. With the development and growth of the company is complicated not only its management, but also internal business processes that require special attention. Based on the results of the analysis of theoretical material on the topic under study, the methodology of modeling of EPC business processes was chosen, it has a wide range of geographical indications and allows to take into account paper and electronic documents, as well as the use of technical tools. In this work, the Department of "Dispute Management" of Coca-Cola company was studied for the effectiveness of the business processes. Based on the results of the analysis of the main business processes, the least effective process was chosen-the process of processing of primary documentation. To change the process, a macro was developed and tested, which automated 40% of the work within the business process. The optimization of this process allowed to increase the level of interaction with external customers, to reduce time and material costs for the implementation of the business process, as well as to increase the productivity of employees of the Dispute Management Department of Coca-Cola.
