Comparative Analysis of Methods of Job Satisfaction Measurement

The following paper is devoted to comparison methods for measuring such a complex social phenomenon as job satisfaction. The problem of the research is based on the absence of clear which methods for measuring attitudes toward work are more convenient for respondents and how methods relate to each other. Employee satisfaction measurement is one of the most common ways of assessing the overall climate in an organization, identifying the main problems experienced by employees at work, measuring the causes of employee turnover. The main goal of my research is to explore how different methods of job satisfaction correlate with each other in the context of evaluating the questionnaire by the respondents themselves. Methodological part of the following research is based on quantitative research in the framework of which 6 different methods will be compared and analysis of cognitive interviews with subsequent coding to estimate respondents on the perceptions of the questions
