Using the results of literature analysis, we defined social capital and ways to use it towards teacher`s community. To reach the goals we select methods of measuring school's social capital and apprentice teacher's adaptation. Chosen methods [37, 41] permit us to estimate young teacher's adaptation. Using sociograms we find out how young teachers related to administration and other members of the community.
