Tools for Managing Ethical Behaviour of Employees in SMEs in Beauty Industry

This work is a project aimed at developing a code of ethics for employees of the PERSONA beauty salon chain. The task of the work is to study and analyze the tools for regulating the ethical behavior of employees in the medium-sized business beauty industry in order to develop a corporate code for the PERSONA company. After analysis of scientific literature, formal and informal tools for managing the ethical behavior of employees were reviewed, then analysis was conducted which of these tools and how the PERSONA stylists school and the PERSONA Flagship TIGI beauty salon use. The researcher aimed at involving company employees in the creation of a code of ethics. A lecture was held for them on the basis of theoretical materials, which reviewed the advantages of introducing a code of ethics, the stages of creating a code. Further, together with the managers, the structures of codes for both companies were developed. Employees were interviewed to find out by what ethical norms and principles they are guided in their work. Following an interview analysis, codes of ethics were developed.
