Determination of the Optimal Scheme of Remuneration on a Two-sided Platform on the Example of Remontnik.ru

Today on-demand economy is a rising trend, and labor market, where it represents through freelance or not regular jobs or workforce marketplaces, is not an exclusion. Based on the estimation of a company Upwork (United States Securities and Exchange Commission Washington, D.C. 20549 Amendment No. 1 to FORM S-1 Registration Statement of Upwork INC (2018), p.1-15) 40% of all workers on the USA will be somehow connected to freelance or not regular job by 2020 and more than 50% in two years after that. But at the same time on-demand labor economy and its monetization has no well-known academic research and widely accepted business practices, so: its identifying is the main goal of this study. It is based on data of the company Remontnik.ru, which operates on the segment of blue-collar workers. The main outcome should be clear recommendations on the way of remuneration on a two - sided platforms like that based on different criteria.
