Employee Satisfaction with the Motivation System in the Hotel N

In this paper, a system of personnel motivation at the hotel business is considered. In this case, a feature of the study is the fact that the motivation system is considered not on the basis of the goal of maximizing the profit of the organization, but on the basis of the degree of satisfaction of employees, as subjects that are stimulating. The paper conducts a content analysis of local documents of enterprise N (resort complex), which provides hotel services. Also, a survey was conducted and questioning staff of the resort complex N. According to the results of this survey were formulated proposals for improving the existing system of labor incentives in the resort complex N. The work may be useful to reduce staff turnover in the enterprise and increase its economic efficiency.
