The Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Voluntary Turnover of Young Engineers in the Company

The work addressed the problem of retention of young engineers. The aim of the work is to reveal the possibilities of retaining young specialists in the STEM sector through work on their satisfaction. Thus, the role of job satisfaction in retaining workers was determined, and factors of labor behavior of young engineers were highlighted. Also, with the help of a study conducted at the enterprises of Rostech Corporation, recommendations for retaining young employees in the company through increasing their level of satisfaction were developed. The sample size was 105 people - young professionals from different departments with technical education up to 35 years, whose work experience in the profession - from a year to 10.
