Marketing Plan Development for Small Enterprise Company on Example of "RybaPlyus"

In today’s competitive environment, each manager faces a number of issues that are important for the development of the company. There are questions that are need to be answered ‘In what direction to move’, ‘Find possibilities to reduce production costs’, ‘Problems with attraction new consumers’, and finally ‘how to increase profits through marketing techniques. The solution is the marketing plan. It is a tool that, with proper construction, covers all questions mentioned above. The problem of using a marketing plan in a small enterprise is acute and relevant, and this work is aimed at developing recommendations for the preparation of a marketing plan for the company under study. This study contains and uses popular types of marketing tools: SWOT, SNW, 4P analysis, conducted a pilot survey. Also, the target audience was described. There is a number of recommendations to increase the profit via attracting new and retaining existing customers
