he theme of the work " Automation of recruitment processes in MTS ". The relevance of the topic is associated with modern trends in recruitment aimed at automating the recruitment process. thanks to automation, time for routine operations on the part of HR is reduced and new opportunities for development in the direction of recruitment of new employees are opened. The first Chapter describes in detail the modern methods of recruitment based on literature and experience in the use of automation in large companies. In the second Chapter of the work analyzed the system of selection of mass and individual recruitment in MTS. Based on the analysis of the level of automation developed and tested new methods of automation and digital - HR products. As a result of the introduction of the proposed digital automated solutions in the field of selection, the efficiency of selection is significantly increased. In conclusion, it is concluded that in the age of digital technologies and new IT solutions in the field of recruitment, companies can not afford not to automate the recruitment process, otherwise there is a serious risk of not attracting new talented young professionals. Clearly, automated solutions must be implemented and used , but the final decision on the choice of the employee is up to the person.
