The Strategy of Development of Tourism of the Company "Vell Tur Tambov»
Due to the changing trends which affect the company, it is very important to bring investigations up-to-date. This study attempts to renew current strategy of the company which consider trends on the tourist market in Tambov. To analyse the environment of the company such instruments as PEST and 5 Porter forces analysis, 7S model, SWOT and the newest data available will be used. The project will review some of the classical approaches to understand how the environment is changing and which reaction policies can be implemented. Research outcomes revealed will be offered to the Russian tour-agency management to develop the existing strategic policy.
