For the first time, an analysis of the campaigns was conducted in order to identify their compliance with the public perceptions of the priority of health problems. In the theoretical part, the approach to the definition of the concept of "communications about health" was investigated, and various aspects of these communications were analyzed in the understanding of the seven traditions of Robert Craig. The analysis of the communication campaigns of the state and their results is carried out. In the practical part, the results of a sociological survey on the audience's perceptions about the priority of medical services were analyzed, and using regression analysis, the links between the socio-demographic data of the respondents and the level of priority of medical services related to problems in the health sector are identified. As a result of the work, the hypothesis was partially confirmed, since the priorities in relation to health problems that are updated by the state in the course of promoted communication campaigns do not partially coincide with the audience’s perceptions about priority health problems. For some categories of the population, it was established that the priorities in the field of health care that are actualized by the state for communication campaigns have been established. In particular, health promotion and prevention programs are a priority issue in the presentation of respondents who are married and have children. In addition, another one was discovered in the study, which today is not actualized in government communication campaigns - system support and improvement of the quality of life of citizens of the older generation.
