HR-brand Formation in IT Company Globus

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the process of HR-brand formation of an IT-company. The paper discusses the key theoretical foundations of creating an employer brand and the process of formation of an employer brand on the example of the IT-company Globus located in Nizhny Novgorod. The first chapter discusses the main components and stages of HR-brand formation of a company, studies the trends and problems of the labor market in IT sector, and presents the specifics of HR branding tools in the field of information technology. The second part contains information about the employer brand of the IT-company Globus. First of all, a description of the research and identification of the most significant problems of the HR-brand in the company is given. Further, the author of the study creates the concept of a new HR-brand of the organization, and also defines a set of activities aimed at its formation and promotion.
