An image of the Employer Brand of Retailers as a Factor in Attracting Potential Employees.

Foreign companies have long been developing their image as an employer brand, while most Russian companies do not fully understand the benefits of its development. The master's thesis examines the benefits of having an employer's brand image for the company. Based on the analysis of empirical research in this area, the existence of the phenomenon of influence of the employer's brand image on the company is proved. The main goal of this work is to develop a methodology for evaluating the employer's brand image in the labor market to attract potential employees and test it on the example of Inditex.
