Staff Motivation System of the Eurasian Development Bank

This study deals with major issues related to the field of personnel motivation. The general purpose of this study is to develop recommendations for improving the staff motivation system of the Eurasian Development Bank. To achieve this goal, in accordance with the objectives of the study, empirical and analytical methods and tools will be used, as well as a quantitative survey of employees that will be conducted to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the existing motivation system of the Bank. The anticipated result of the study is a list of recommendations for improving the personnel motivation system of the Bank and analysis of their effectiveness.
