Methods for introducing PISA-type assignments into extra curricular classes in Russian language and literature

The results of the study of the development of reading skills of students of grades 6-7 through the introduction of tasks of the type of PISA in extracurricular activities in the Russian language and literature are presented. The article analyzes the concept of reading literacy in the concepts of PISA, the results of the indicators of Russian schoolchildren who took part in all the cycles of PISA. An instrument for assessment of reading skills-based tasks on the type of PISA among schoolchildren of 6 and 7 class, the results of studies of the Centre for quality assessment of education Institute of education development strategy of RAO. Difficulties of modeling tasks of the PISA type in the Russian language and literature are indicated. The study of the level of development of reading skills of students of the 6th-7th grade was conducted. Deficits of reading skills are revealed. Based on the results of the study, the work was built on the development of reading skills of schoolchildren in extracurricular activities in the Russian language and literature through the introduction of tasks of the PISA type. Brief results of the approbation are indicated.
